For the attention of Registered Managers Nurses and Registered Nurses in Canterbury & Ashford

KCC in partnership with KICA (Hilton Care) are interested in setting up a ‘clinical Supervision group’ for Registered Nurses initially piloting it in Canterbury and Ashford and would like to know who would be interested in joining. Registered Nurses in Social Care are often working in isolation or in small groups and we feel it would be a great support network for nurses with the additional benefit of providing

  • Evidence for NMC revalidation
  • Evidence for CQC of sharing best practice
  • Support promotion of nursing in Social Care
  • Peer support

The group will meet every 3 months for a 2 hour meeting with a set agenda including clinical supervision plus outside speakers on specific topics of interest.

We are keen to see how many would be interested in this type of support, so, if you are a Nurse manager or you have nurses working in your organisation who would be interested, please can you email
